Open Media Patent License 1.0

Participants in AOMedia Working Groups have adopted the Alliance for Open Media Patent License 1.0. This is intended to fulfill their commitments to make available their Essential Claims, as defined in the W3C Patent Policy, in Final Deliverables adopted by that Working Group under the W3C RF licensing requirements as if that Final Deliverable was a W3C Recommendation.
